Return Procedure
- You can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this 30-day period cannot be accepted.
- To begin the return process, please email us at support@tayraa.com and include your order number. Our team will then provide you with detailed return instructions.
- Before sending your items back, please ensure that:
- They are unused, unworn and unwashed.
- The items must be returned in the original packaging.
- All original tags must still be attached to the items.
Shipping Instructions
Please pack your return securely and send it through a reliable courier. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Please note that all return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive the returned product(s) and complete the inspection.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@tayraa.com before the parcel has been dispatched. However, once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. In such cases, you will need to wait for the delivery and then follow our return instructions, if applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at support@tayraa.com and include clear photos of the issue. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for the correct item or a suitable replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@tayraa.com within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, returned in their original packaging, and all original tags must still be attached. Once your request is received, our team will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that the original item must be returned first; once it is received, we will ship your replacement item.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
